Tammy Lawlor, Esq., Partner – July 1997

Ms. Lawlor is a Partner, overseeing the Elder Law Department.  She assists nursing home clients with their admissions policies and procedures and assists patients in facilities with Medicaid Planning and Applications, and with Guardianships, Wills, and Trusts and Estates.  Ms. Lawlor receives court appointments in Article 81 Guardianships, nursing home representation, and ethical dilemmas facing Elder Law attorneys and is a frequent lecturer on these topics. Ms. Lawlor has conducted Fair Hearings in all counties and is well versed in the nuances of each county’s rules and their county attorney protocols.

Ms. Lawlor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Hofstra University and a Juris Doctor from Hofstra School of Law.  She is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
