Pierre Whyte, Esq., Associate – March 2017

Mr. Whyte is an Associate Attorney in our Patient Accounts Department.  He assists with the firm’s litigation process for hospital, nursing home, assisted living facility, and home health attendant clients.  He has the responsibility of recommending which accounts are appropriate for suit and following the process through judgment enforcement.  Additionally, Mr. Whyte attends court conferences and argues motions.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University, an MBA from University of Phoenix, and a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University.  Mr. Whyte is licensed to practice in the State of New York.
