Alanna McGovern, Esq., Associate – September 2018

Ms. McGovern is an Associate Attorney in our Patient Accounts Department.  She assists with the Firm’s litigation process for our hospital clients.  Her primary focus is centered around review of accounts to recommend and seek authorization to proceed with suit, and then following the same through judgment enforcement.  Her practice field includes drafting motions, conducting discovery, engaging in oral argument, trial work and post-judgment enforcement.

Ms. McGovern holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stony Brook University and a Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.  Prior to joining the Firm she was an Associate Attorney for a NYC law firm in their residential and commercial mortgage foreclosure division.  She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals.  Ms. McGovern is licensed to practice in the state of New York.
