Adam Kahn, Esq., Associate – November 2018

Mr. Kahn is an Associate Attorney in our Elder Law Department. He assists with complex hospital discharge matters, including research and advocacy.  His primary focus is on guardianships, advance directives, and other Elder Law matters. Additionally, Mr. Kahn handles MHL Article 81 guardianship proceedings as Petitioner’s attorney on behalf of hospitals and private clients.

Mr. Kahn received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Oberlin College and a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law, magna cum laude, where he was both a Merit Scholar and a member of the Dean’s Scholars program. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kahn was a Senior Associate Attorney at Genser Dubow Genser & Cona, LLP, where his practice focused on guardianships, trust and estate matters, healthcare reimbursement matters, and Medicaid eligibility issues.  He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association, and American Bar Association.  Mr. Kahn is licensed to practice in the state of New York.
